摘要
为了提高电厂的经济效益和社会效益，必须建立开放的完全的现场数据采集、组态和传送的实时监控系统，充分获得生产现场的数据信息，并传送至管理信息系统（ＭＩＳ），使企业管理决策科学化，达到生产、经营、管理的最优化状态。文章论述并设计了一个基于现场总线和组态软件的分级实时监测系统方案。
To improve the economic profits and the social benefits of power plants, it is necessary to establish an open real time supervisory system, thus all the information on site can be collected and transferred to MIS. Based on the configuration software and field bus this paper describes a project for designing a graduated real time supervisory system which is full open and can cooperate with MIS and worksite well.
