摘要
为了迎接电力行业由工业化向信息化转变的新挑战,提高能源资产利用率,应对全球环境能源危机,全球电力企业和研究机构提出了电力行业的可持续发展方向——智能电网。智能电网是一个以电力系统为对象,结合新型的控制技术、信息技术和管理技术,实现从输配电到用户所有环节的智能交流,能够科学系统地优化电力生产、传输和使用的自愈电网。文章介绍了智能电网的特征、发展和研究现状,分析了智能电网建设的目标、所需的先进技术和可能遇到的阻碍,并分别讨论了建设用户侧和输配电网侧智能电网的相关问题。
Since a couple of years ago, the topic smart grid has been discussed worldwidely by power companies, research institutes as well as communication companies. Smart grid was first proposed to accommodate renewable energy generation by utilizing the latest information and communication technologies. Then, the concept “smart” was expanded from smart measurement system, demand-side response, distribution automation to transmission grid intelligence. Smart grid becomes the trend of power grid development. By applying information technologies in the conventional power grid, smart grid improves the utilization rate of energy and power asset management. The energy saving effects of smart grid can help in emission control and global warming. A mature smart grid has two-way real-time high-speed communication channels in all sections of the power grid, and it integrates advanced technologies, such as, control, IT and management. The system is a self-healing sytem. Moreover, the power generation, distribution and utilization in smart grid can be optimized scientifically and systematically. In this paper, what is smart grid, the development and the current research of smart grid will be presented. The objectives, key technologies and potential obstacles for constructing a smart grid are discussed. Some issues relating to smart grid on power transmission and distribution as well as consumer side are also discussed.
