摘要
目的探讨ICU护理沙龙在提高护士专业水平和危重患者护理质量方面的效果。方法自2008年起,我院护理部组织每季度1次的ICU护理沙龙活动,由全院7个ICU轮流承办,以危重症护理新理论、新技术、新方法为导向,以临床共同关注的难点问题为重点,通过专题讲座、讨论、统一规范的组织形式开展沙龙活动。结果两年以来,共举办ICU沙龙活动8次,累计受训人数达2000人次。与两年前比较,ICU护士的危重症护理理论水平和操作技能得到提高(P<0.05或P<0.01);同时,在护理文书、压疮监控评估及患者满意度方面均较前改善(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论 ICU护理沙龙能够激发护士的学习热情,提高他们的专业素质,进而持续提高危重症护理质量。
Objective To explore the effects of nursing salon in ICU on improving nurse＇s professional levels and quality of intensive care. Methods Quarterly ICU nursing salon activities had been initiated by nursing department and held by seven intensive care units alternately since 2008. The ICU salon activities were carried out through lectures and group discussions which oriented by new theories,new technology and new methods in the field of intensive care and focused on the common issues in clinical nursing. Results Eight times of ICU salon activities were held involving in 2000 nurses in the recent two years. The nurses＇ specialized knowledge and skills,the quality of nursing records,assessment and monitoring of pressure sore and patient satisfaction were significantly improved （P〈0.05 or P〈0.01）. Conclusion ICU nursing salon can inspire nurses to learn and enhance their professional quality,and then continuously improve the quality of intensive care.
