摘要
目的 研究女性吸毒者的社会心理因素。方法 成组病例－ 对照研究，结果采用ｌｏｇｉｓｔｉｃ 回归分析方法。结果 单因素ｌｏｇｉｓｔｉｃ 回归分析结果显示， Ｏ Ｒ 值有极显著意义的因素有：文化水平低、无业、无稳定的婚姻、生活空虚、曾想自杀、无故害怕、发疯感、沮丧郁闷、失眠早醒、头晕、多汗、常做噩梦、失恋离婚、感情挫折、吸烟、饮酒、逃学、离家出走、打架斗殴等， Ｏ Ｒ 值均在２ ．０以上。逐步ｌｏｇｉｓｔｉｃ 回归分析结果选入回归模型的因素有：吸烟（ Ｘ９９） 、离家出走（ Ｘ１０８） 、失恋离婚（ Ｘ９３） 、感情挫折（ Ｘ９５） 、无稳定婚姻（ Ｘ８） 、生活空虚（ Ｘ８３） 、文化程度低（ Ｘ２） 、头晕（ Ｘ８８） 等８ 个因素。结论 女性吸毒者在吸毒前普遍社会心理健康状况不良，是导致吸毒的主观因素。
Objective To study the social - psychological health status on female drug abusers. Methods Case - control study and logistic regression analysis . Results Results of simple logisticregression showed that factors with significant O Rs were low education level,unemploy ment , maritalstatus,senseless of life ,self - killing , horror , madness, depression ,insomnia , dizziness , perspiration ,evil dream , divorce , setbacks of emotion , smoking , alcohol - abuse , playing truant , runaway fromhome ,fighting ,etc . The results of stepwiselogistic regression analysis showed that factors entered theregression model were smoking , runaway from home , divorce , setbacks of emotion , marital status,hopeless toward life ,level of education ,dizziness,etc . Conclusion Most female drug abusers’social-psychologicalstatus was poorer than controls preceding to their drug abuse, which contributed to themajor causes of abuse drugs .
