摘要
目的了解聋校教师的胜任力特征。方法采用行为事件访谈技术,对14名聋校教师进行正式访谈。通过对叙述的关键事件的分析编码以及对不同绩效教师胜任特征的比较,提取出聋校教师基准性胜任特征。结果优秀组和普通组教师在9项胜任特征的平均分上不存在显著差异;聋校教师基准性胜任特征包括激励学生、关心学生未来、主动提供帮助、团队合作、爱心、奉献精神、工作忠诚度、自我评估、反思能力等。结论聋校教师的基准性胜任特征对于选拔、招聘和评价聋校教师有一定应用价值。
Objective To investigate teaching qualifications for teachers for the deaf. Methods The behavioral event interview was administered to 14 teachers for the deaf. The key events were analyzed and the competencies of teachers with different performances were compared to find out the basic teaching qualifications as an entry level of competency. Results The results showed that there were no significant differences between top performing and common groups in the average scores of 9 basic characteristic competencies, including encouraging the students,caring about the students' future,providing help initiatively,team collaboration,kind heart,devotional spirit,vocation loyalty,self-assessment,reflective ability. Conclusion The basic competency model can be used as the standards for the recruitment and evaluation of teachers.
