摘要
LNG作为天然气加工的重要产品,其市场需求随着世界能源危机的加深和环境问题的突出而迅速增长。LNG生产流程主要有混合制冷循环流程、膨胀机制冷的循环流程、带循环压缩机的天然气膨胀机制冷循环流程等三类。而实际生产过程中,到底选用何种方案,则需由具体情况确定。根据原料气的特点,提出了带循环压缩机的氮膨胀制冷循环;根据两级氮膨胀的天然气液化循环的特点,基于Lee—Kesler状态方程,在对分凝器、节流阀、膨胀机、换热器、精馏塔等单元设备精确计算的基础上,采用序贯模块的方法,以直接迭代法对整个流程进行了模拟,采用C++语言编写了计算程序,并给出了计算实例。
LNG is one of the important products in natural gas processing and its market demand is rapidly growing due to the deepening world energy crisis and outstanding environmental pollution issues.LNG producing recycling processes mainly include the mixed cold producing medium,expander refrigeration and gas expander refrigeration with a recycling compressor. What kind of process is to be chose should depend on specific circumstances.According to the characters of raw gas, a nitrogen expansion refrigeration (with a recycling compressor) recycling process is adopted.Based on natural gas liquifying cycle of two stage nitrogen expansion,Lee kesler Equation of State(EQS) and the precise calculation of the units as the dephlegmator,throttle valve, expander,heat exchanger and rectification column,etc.,the whole process is simulated by use of sequential modular approach and direct iteration method.Computer programme is compiled by using Language C ++ ,and some examples of calculation are given out.
