摘要 舵机是导弹控制系统的重要执行机构,为实现对空空导弹用各种舵机空载和加载性能的测试,建立了一个通用化的舵机综合性能测试平台;系统借助通用化测试仪器,通过局域网和GPIB总线,结合VMIC内存反射网,进行多个测试单元的同步测试,采用根据预先设定的任意载荷谱,进行舵机非线性旋转加载和直线横向力加载的电动加载方式,准确快速完成各种舵机综合性能测试;具有测试精度高、覆盖性广、通用性强、易扩展升级和全程自动化测试的特点,为舵机的性能研究和设计改进提供了一个良好和完整的测试环境。 It is about a universal comprehensive performance test platform, established for performance test both in idle--loading and loading of various steering engines, which are used in air-- to -- air missile as vital actuator of control system~ by means of common testing instruments and through LAN and GPIB bus, the system is designed to combine with VMIC memory reflection nets and perform synchronism test for several testing units. With this system, comprehensive performance test for various steering engines could be completed accurately and rapidly by adoption of any pre- determined loading data and in patterns of steering engine's electronic loading including non--linear rotating loading and linear cross force loading~ this system has features of high testing precision, wide coverage, strong commonality, easy extended and upgraded, fully automation etc. thus provide a good and complete testing environment for steering engine performance research and design improvement.
