摘要
舵机振动测试系统是导弹生产线上的重要设备。文章介绍了某舵机测试系统的硬件组成、功能测试项目、软件设计,模拟信号的产生、采集、回放、自动测试等功能的实现。实践结果表明该系统工作良好,性能稳定,达到了设计要求。
control actuator vibration testing system is one of the key devices throughout the whole manufacturing line of missiles. Hardware composition, testing items, software development, as well as other various functions in some kind of control actuator vibration testing system, such as the analog signals' generating, sampling, recurring, auto-detecting and etc., are discussed in this paper. Practices prove this system works well with stable performance, and meet the requirements of design.
