摘要
从提高文献的利用率、开展学科信息导航、做好咨询参考服务、提高教师检索能力以及打造图书馆服务品牌等方面,阐述了艺术院校图书馆设立学科馆员制度的必要性,探讨了学科馆员应具备的素质。
This paper expounds the necessity of establishing the subject librarian system in the libraries of art colleges from aspects of improving the utilization rate of literature,developing the subject information navigation,doing well the reference service,strengthening the retrieval ability of teachers,and creating the service brand of art college library,etc.,and probes into the qualities that the subject librarian should possess.
