关注女性馆员不同阶段的职业倦怠问题成为高校图书馆员职业倦怠问题的研究重点。介绍了关注高校图书馆女性馆员职业倦怠问题的重要性,分析了高校图书馆女性馆员职业倦怠问题,提出了改善女性馆员职业倦怠现象的措施。
