摘要
目的:探讨动态心电图心律失常的发生情况及临床特点。方法;选择2008月-2009年11月本院心功能室行24小时动态心电图检查589例,将其分为老年组和非老年组进行统计归纳并结合文献对比分析。结果:心律失常以房性多见,临床检出率为52.26%;老年组除白天最慢心率外,余各项心率均低于非老年组(p<0.01)。结论:老年人易发生各种心律失常,尽早予以HOLTER检查,可以明确心律失常的发病情况,对于临床诊断及治疗具有一定的指导意义。
Objective：To investigate the incidence of dynamic arrhythmia by Holter and clinical features.Methods：589 cases with a 24-hour dynamic ECG were selected in the cardiac function room of our hospital through February 2008 to November 2009.They were divided into old age group and the non-elderly group.Statistical analysis was performed and compared with the previous literature.Results：The atrial arrhythmia was more common and the clinical detection rate was 52.26%.Except of the slow heart rate in old group during the day, the remaining of the heart rate was lower than non-elderly group （P〈0.01）.Conclusion：It was easy to arise various arrhythrnias.The early Holter check could clear the incidence of arrhythmia and possessed the guidance to clinical diagnosis and treatment.
