冠心病患者动态心电图心肌缺血阈的临床意义 被引量:8

摘要 目的 :探讨冠心病患者心肌缺血阈的临床意义。方法 :应用 2 4h动态心电监测 ,检测 12 4例冠心病患者心肌缺血阈值 (MIT)、MIT的变异度 (IV)、每次缺血发作持续时间 (TMI)和ST段最大位移 (STm) ,以及昼夜缺血次数(IN)。结果 :共检出 10 12次心肌缺血 ,93.5 %在ST段压低时心率加快、夜间心肌缺血阈值较低 ,但缺血时间及ST段压低程度明显重于昼间。结论 :心肌缺血阈是评价冠心病患者的重要临床指标之一。 Objective:To evaluate clinical significance of myocardial ischemic threshold in coronary artery disease.Methods:One hundred and twenty four patients with coronary artery disease were investigated by 24 hour ambulatory electrocardiogram.The myocardial ischemic threshold, variability of cardial ischemic threshold,and duration of every ischemic episodes were observe.Results:There were 93.5% fast heart rate with ST depression among total 1012 ischemic episodes and noctural ischemias had lower threshold and longer mean ischemic time as well as deeper ST depression.Conclusion:Myocardial ischemic threshold is one of importance clinical indexes to evaluate patients with coronary artery disease.
