摘要
某装置碱液加热器在运行6个月后发现换热管与管板焊接接头处出现泄漏,经分析认为,是由于换热器特殊结构造成管接头间隙处碱液聚集,浓度升高,形成NaOH溶液应力腐蚀所致。针对泄漏原因对新管束的管接头进行了消除应力热处理,加热器在新管束安装后已安全运行近1年。文章对碱液加热器安稳运行提出了改进建议。
Leak appeared at the welding joints between the tubes and the tube plate of a caustic lye heater in a unit after it had run for six months.Through analysis,it is found out that the stress corrosion at the joints between tubes and tube plate which had been caused by the special structure of the heater was the reason for the leak.According to the leak reason,a new tube bundles that has been treated by stress eliminating heat treatment was installed,and the heater has run safely for nearly one year.Suggestions for the improvement of stable operation are also put forward in the paper.
