摘要
湖北下堡坪乡资源丰厚,自然环境优美,文化艺术气息浓厚,但社会经济发展水平较低,并且观光农业还处于开发的初级阶段。在这样一个"非优旅游区位"开发观光农业是一项有现实意义的尝试。作者引入体验经济,通过对下堡坪现实情况进行分析,形成了以"体验+休闲"为主题的思路,构建了集"休闲度假、康体体验"为一体的发展模式,并对模式运行的条件及管理提出了建议。
The Hubei Xiabaoping town,where the resources are rich,the natural environment is exquisite,the cultural art breath is thick,but its socio-economic development level is low,and the sightseeing agriculture development is in the initial stage.It is an attempt of practical significance to develop the sightseeing agriculture in such a ＂ non-superior traveling position ＂ .Under the analysis to the current situation,this text has formed thinking of ＂ experience and leisure ＂,and based on the experience economics,it constructs a develop model,which set ＂ vacation,recreation experience ＂ as one.In the end,the measures were proposed to make up for its operating.
