国外引进烤烟品种NC297离体快繁品系田间性状表现 被引量:1

Performance of Rapid Propagation Accessions in Vitro of Flue-cured Tobacco Variety NC297 Introduced from Abroad

摘要 采用扦插及组织培养方法对近年从国外引进的优质烤烟不育系杂交种NC297进行离体快繁研究,并对NC297原始引进种(I297)、NC297扦插苗(C297)、NC297组织培养苗(T297)3份材料进行农艺性状、经济性状和主要病害抗性比较鉴定。结果表明,C297、T297、I297株高和叶片数的相对生长速率及茎围等主要农艺性状均无显著差异;I297产量、产值稍高于C297和T297,但3份材料在产量、产值及均价等方面均无显著差异;3份材料的总糖、还原糖、总氮及烟碱等化学成分含量相近,无显著差异;3份材料均抗烟草花叶病(TMV),中抗赤星病。 Investigation of cuttage and in vitro rapid propagation of cytoplasmic male-sterile flue cured tobacco hybrid cv NC297,which was characterized with superior leaf quality,was carried out.The evaluation of the agronomic performance and main diseases resistance has been made from the original NC297 introduction(I297),cuttings from NC297(C297) and in vitro of NC297(T297).The results showed that:there were no significant differences among three accessions in relative growth rate,as measured by plant height,number of leaves and stem width.The yield and value of I297 was a little bit higher than that of C297 and I297.No significant differences were observed in yield,average price,total sugar,reducing sugar,total nitrogen,nicotine and other chemical constituents.All three accessions showed the traits of resistance to TMV and moderate resistance to brown spot.
