摘要
目前,钢丝绳截面积损伤检测中存在检测效率低、可靠性差的问题。本文根据钢丝绳截面积损伤信号的特点,选用了小波分析算法和电压幅值标定法对钢丝绳截面积损伤信号进行识别。运用Matlab仿真工具进行模拟检测,结果表明,系统可有效的检测钢丝绳磨损程度。
At present, cross-sectional area of wire rope damage detection in the detection of the existence of low efficiency, poor reliability. Based on the wire rope cross-sectional area of the signal characteristics of the injury, the choice of wavelet analysis method and calibration of the voltage amplitude of wire rope cross-sectional area of damage identification signals. The use of Matlab simulation tool for simulation testing, the results show that the system can detect the extent to Wire Rope wear and tear.
