摘要
提升机钢丝绳的无损探伤,一般采用霍尔效应或磁感应法。本文提出的新型方法既避免了此两种方法的缺点,又兼顾了两者的优点,利用此法制作的无损探伤装置,采用微处理器芯片进行数据实时处理,实现了优良的检测技术性能,又兼顾了对提升机的控制。
The harmless crack detection of the Cables of a friction hoist is commonly realized by means of HALL Effect or Magnetic Indrction Effect. Here a new device is introduced that not only avoids the shortcomings of the above two methods, but also retains their advantages. The method used in the new device is to adopt microprocessor to do the real-time operation. This not only inhcnces a good technical Performance but also gives consideration to the control of the friction hoist.
