摘要
为评价外剥内扎加括约肌切断术与单纯外剥内扎术治疗环状混合痔术后肛门功能损伤情况，将90例环状混合痔随机分为治疗组（外剥内扎加括约肌切断术）和对照组（单纯外剥内扎术）各45例，并对患者术后肛门感觉、肛门闭合及控便功能进行测试，以4级评分标准评分。结果显示，随访6个月至1年，90例均一次性手术治愈，两组疗效及创口愈合时间差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。治疗组在肛门感觉、肛门闭合、控便方面优于对照组（P〈0．05）。术后无大出血、肛门失禁等严重并发症，治疗组术后创口疼痛、创缘水肿、残留皮赘、肛门狭窄发生例数低于对照组（P〈0．05）。结果表明，该手术方法操作简单、安全有效、并发症少，肛门功能损伤小，肛门外形美观。
The objective of this study was to evaluate and compare anal trauma extents after external dis section ＆ internal ligation plus sphincter incision and alone external dissection ＆ internal ligation for circumferential mixed hemorrhoids. Authors divided the 90 cases of this disease into two groups, treatment group and controlled group, 45 cases each group, which the two group received above-mentioned different procedures respectively; measured the postoperative anal close and control stool function, as well anal sensation of patients,and made score rating according to 4-grade standard. As results,within the follow-up of 6-12 months the 90 patients were cured primarily;in the therapeutic effect and healing-time of wound between two groups there were not statistical difference（ P 〉0.05）;the anal sensation and close, control stool function in treatment group were all superior to controlled group（ P 〈（0.05）;there were not such as postoperative massive bleeding and anal incontinence, etc severe complications; in treatment group occurrence case-numbers of wound pain,edema of wound edge,residual tag and anal stenosis were all lower than that in controlled group（ P 〈0.05）. Above-mentioned results indicate that the combined procedure is of simple manipulation, less complication, less trauma of anal function, better anal appearance, as well is safe an effective for circumferential mixed hemorrhoids.
