摘要
出血是痔疮手术后常见的并发症之一。痔疮术后继发性出血的原因主要为术后管理不当和全身性疾病,术后管理不当导致的继发性出血可通过各种手段有效预防及控制。全身性疾病导致的继发性出血较少见,因此目前临床对其重视程度不足,诊断思路尚不清晰,确诊和明确病因需要较长时间,缺乏针对性治疗,导致术后出血反复发生,给患者带来极大痛苦。因此,明确痔疮术后继发性出血的致病因素对术前及早采取预防手段以降低出血率、尽快明确术后出血病因以采取针对性治疗手段意义重大。
Bleeding is one of the common complications after hemorrhoid surgery.The causes of secondary bleeding after hemorrhoid surgery mainly include improper postoperative management and systemic diseases.Secondary bleeding caused by improper postoperative management can be effectively prevented and controlled through various means.Secondary bleeding caused by systemic diseases is relatively rare,so the current clinical attention to it is insufficient,the diagnostic approach is not clear,and it takes a long time to diagnose and determine the cause.There is a lack of targeted treatment,which leads to recurrent postoperative bleeding and brings great pain to the patients.Therefore,identifying the pathogenic factors is of great significance for taking preventive measures early before surgery to reduce the probability of bleeding,and identifying the cause of postoperative bleeding as soon as possible to adopt targeted treatments.
