摘要
采用精子计数,精子活动率,精子形态学指标,观察了槟榔水提取液对雄性小鼠精子的影响。结果发现在3.75g/kg.bw剂量时,能使小鼠精子数量显著减少(t=1.8116,P<0.05);在7.50g/kg.bw、1500g/kg.bw时,精子活动率明显降低(U值分别为2.8142、3.8966,P<0.01);在剂量7.50g/kg.bw、3.750g/kg.bw时,精子畸形率明显升高(χ2值分别为22.8837、59.50,P<0.01);且以无钩、不定形与胖头增加为主。
The sperm count, the motility index were used to observe the effect of areca nut extraction on the sperms of mice. The results showed that the sperm number decreased obviously when the dosage was 3.75g/kg.bw(t=1.8115, P<0.05). The motility of sperm reduced when the dosage were 7.50g/kg.bw 15.00g/kg.bw(U=2.8142,3.8966,P<0.01). The sperm deformity rate increased when the dosage were 3.75g/kg.bw,7.50g/kg.bw,(χ 2=22.8837,59.5000, P<0.01), and the main deformation were amorphous and fat head. These findings suggest that the areca nut can affect the reproductive function of the male.
