天花粉蛋白对小鼠胚胎早期发育的影响 被引量:16

Adverse Influences of Trichosanthin on Preratal Develoment in Mice

摘要 本实验利用胚胎培养和动物试验测试天花粉蛋白对胎鼠早期器官形成有致畸作用;头、躯干和四肢可发生畸形,体节数目及轴长减少。母鼠在器官形成期给药,天花粉蛋白可降低胎鼠存活能力、活胎率下降、吸收点数目增加。存活胎鼠顶臀长度较对照组短。畸形胎鼠数目增加。畸形以露脑最为显著。此外有短肢、短尾和矮小。结果显示天花粉蛋白对离体和体内胚胎的发育皆有不良的影响。 Trichosanthin, an effective abortifacient agent for mid-term gestation, was evaluated for development toxicity in a whole embryo eulture system as well as inpregnant mice. It was found that incubation of mouse embryos at early organogenesis with trichosanthin increased the incidence of malformations in the eranialneural tube,trunk and limb regions. The number of somites and axial length of the embryos were also decreased.Intraperitoneal administration of trichosanthinto pregnant ICR mice during the period of early organogenesis resulted in adecline in the viability of fetuses and an increase in the number of resorptions.Live fetuses showed a reduction in both body weight and length as compared with the controls. There was a rise in the number of fetuses exhibiting exence. Phals, mieromelia, short tail and stunted body forms. The results revealed acorrelation between the in vitro and in vivo adverse effects of trichosanthin on prenatal development of mice.
