摘要
大学精神文化既是大学文化的一个重要层面,也是一般意义上的精神文化的具体化和个性化,它可分为价值层面的文化元素和实践层面的文化元素。大学精神文化系统的各文化元素之间既有区别又有联系,这种"区别与联系"促进了各文化元素的丰富与发展。大学精神文化具有发展性、兼容性、整合性和个性等时代特征,由此也体现了现代大学精神文化的发展趋向。
The spiritual culture of university is not only an important part of university culture, but also the specification and individualization of spiritual culture in general, which can be categorized into two aspects of cultural elements, one is on the level of value, the other is on the level of practice. In the university spiritual culture system, there exist both distinctions and connections among all the cultural elements, which has promoted the richness and development of cultural elements. The university spiritual culture carries such historical characteristics as expansibility, compatibility, integrity and individuality, which embodies the developmental trend of the spiritual culture of modem universities.
