摘要
目的：观察白龙片对中晚期恶性肿瘤的临床疗效并探讨其作用机理。方法：对用白龙片治疗３４例恶性肿瘤患者按实体瘤疗效标准进行疗效分析，评定其生存质量改善情况及免疫功能的变化，并通过动物实验和细胞生物学实验观察其在体外对人淋巴细胞、小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞、人胃癌细胞等的作用。结果：临床观察３４例患者缓解率为１１８％，缓稳率为８２３％；生存质量改善，机体免疫力增强，治疗前后比较有显著性差异（Ｐ＜００５，Ｐ＜００１）。实验研究表明与对照组比较白龙片有明显的诱导活化人淋巴细胞杀伤靶细胞作用，促Ｔ淋巴细胞增殖，激活小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞的吞噬功能，并明显抑制人胃癌细胞的体外生长（Ｐ＜００１，Ｐ＜００５）。结论：白龙片对中晚期恶性肿瘤有肯定疗效。其抗癌作用与免疫功能增强、Ｔ淋巴细胞增殖、巨噬细胞激活等细胞生物学机理有关。
Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of treating moderate and advanced malignant tumors with the compound Chinese herbal medicine, Bailong tablet (BLT) and to explore its mechanism. Methods: Therapeutic effect of BLT in treating 34 cancer patients was analyzed according to the criteria of therapeutic effect for solid tumor, and changes on their living quality and immune function were observed clinically. In the experimental studies, the effect of BLT on human lymphocyte, celiac macrophage of mice and human gastric cancer cells in vitro were observed. Results: The total remission rate was 11.8%, the remission stationary rate was 82.3%, the living quality improved and immune function of organism enhanced, the difference between before and after treatment was significant (P<0 05 or P<0 01). Experimental study revealed that comparing with the control group, BLT can induce the activated human lymphocyte to kill target cell, promote the proliferation of T lymphocyte, activate the phagocytosis of celiac macrophage in vitro(P<0 05 or P<0 01). Conclusions: BLT has definite therapeutic effect for moderate and advanced cancer, its anti tumor effect was related to a series of cell biologic mechanisms, such as the immune function enhancement, T lymphocyte proliferation and macrophage activation.
