摘要
在交流调速系统中,电机由逆变器供电,这使得其运行条件发生了很大的改变。针对逆变器供电的特点,提出了设计异步电机的新方法,推导出了异步电机新的设计公式和设计步骤。新方法与传统的设计方法相比,电机从转子槽型到整体体积都能得到优化,设计过程更适合工程实际。通过CAD软件包的编制,完成了从设计到稳态性能仿真的过程。设计和仿真的结果表明,新电机具有体积小,效率和功率因数高的特点。证明了异步电机新的设计方法具有其正确性和先进性。
In an AC adjustable speed system, a motor is supplied by inverter. This results in great changes in the motor running condition. To match these changes, new design strategies of inverter driven induction machines are presented. The new strategies take the goal of optimizing the rotor slots and the machine volume. On base of them, new equations and new steps for optimized design are introduced. With new equations, the design is more suitable for project applications. Thus a CAD package is accomplished to realize the optimized design and performance analysis. The result data indicate that new machine has the smaller volume and the higher efficient and power factor. These mean that the new design methods are correct and advanced.
