Operational Characteristics of Centrifugal Barrel Pumps and Adjustment of Flow

摘要 从离心式桶泵的结构入手,分析了桶泵的工作特性,测定了不同转速及粘度下的桶泵流量。实验结果表明,对于高粘度流体,存在一个转速临界值。当泵转速低于临界值时,无流量输出。流体粘度较高时,流量随转速的提高而增加的速率明显减小。 Starting with the structure of batTel pumps, the paper analysed the operational characteristics of barrel pumps. The fiow under different rotational speed and viscosities were examined. Experimental results show that for high viscosity fluid, there exists a critical rotational speed of barrel pumps, when the rotational speed is lower than critical value, the flow of barrel pump is zero. For high viscosity fluid, the flow of increasing rate will obvious reduce with speed increasing.
