摘要
以葡萄糖母液为基质对夫法酵母进行了间歇、恒速及变速流加发酵实验,建立了简单的数学模型控制流加.实验结果表明,以葡萄糖母液为基质培养夫法酵母生产胡萝卜素是可行的.同时,变速流加可显著提高夫法酵母的产量.当流加控制因子K=8.7×10-4时,变速流加发酵比间歇发酵夫法酵母产量提高了58.4%.
The culture of Phaffia rhodozyma with batch culture,fed batch culture both constant feed rate and various feed rate is described.A simple mathematical model has been established to control the feed rate.The results show that the fermentation of Phaffia rhodozyma using the disused glucose as substracte is feasible and the production of Phaffia rhodozyma increases by 58.4% over the batch culture when the feed factor (K)is 8.7×10 -4 .
