摘要
利用谷氨酸发酵废液为主要培养基,以酿酒酵母为菌种,在30L发酵罐上进行间歇、恒速及变速流加发酵培育高锌酵母,建立了简单的数学模型控制流加速率.经试验,变速流加可显著提高锌酵母产量,并确定了流加发酵的最佳控制工艺条件.
Using waste liquor of glutamic acid fermentation as medium,saccharomyces cerevisiae is separately cultured in 30 liter fermentor for preducing zinc yeast with batch culture,fed-batch culture both constant feed rate and various feed rate.A simple mathematical model has been established to control the feed rate.The high production of zinc yeast is obtained obviously with fedbatch culture and the optical fed-batch technological conditions are chosen.
