摘要
基于体声波传感器镀银电极对I2的灵敏吸附,提出了利用压电频移分析法测定葡萄糖的灵敏快速的新方法.方法根据在葡萄糖氧化酶存在下,葡萄糖被专一性催化氧化成H2O2,生成的H2O2在钼酸盐催化剂存在下,定量氧化碘化物生成碘,测定生成碘所引起的压电晶体的频率变化.生成碘的速度与葡萄糖浓度成正比,可测定水相中浓度范围在1×10-5~1×10-3mol/L之间的葡萄糖.方法灵敏简便,已用于实际样品的测定。
In terms of sensitive adsorption of I 2 produced by silvering electrode of human body sound wave sensor, a new method is put forward with which the content of glucose is measured sensitively and quickly with piezoelectric frenquency shift. In the presence of oxidizing enzyme of glucose, glucose is solely oxidized to H 2O 2. And H 2O 2 is quantitatively oxidized to iodine in the presence of molybdate. According to the frequency change of piezoelectric crystal produced by iodine, the glucose concentrations between 1×10 -5 and 1×10 -3 mol/L in water phase can be measured. This method is sensitive, simple and convienient. The result is pleasing.
