摘要
简介了生物传感器的分类,重点介绍了压电石英晶体生物传感器的基本原理、基本构成、检测流程、振荡电路、检测池的设计、固定化技术等内容,分析了压电石英晶体生物传感器的特点及研究中存在的不足,并对今后的研究方向提出一些看法与展望。
The classification of biosensor is introduced simply in this paper. The basic principle, basic constitution, examination flow, oscillating circuit, examination pond design, solidifying technique of piezoelectric quartz crystal biosensor are the emphases of paper. The characteristics and main shortcomings of piezoelectric quartz crystal biosensor are analyzed. Some views and the forecast to the next research direction are proposed
