摘要
研究了曲利本蓝蛋白质体系的共振瑞利散射光谱,考察了体系的光谱特征、影响因素和适宜的反应条件.确立了共振瑞利散射强度与蛋白质浓度的关系,提出了用共振瑞利散射光谱测定痕量蛋白质浓度的高灵敏的分析方法.
The spectra of resonance Rayleigh scattering (RRS) for trypan blue protein system,the spectral characteristics,the effect factors and optimum conditions of the reaction have been investigated.The quantitative relationships of the intensities of RRS to the concentration of protein is measured.A high sensitive method for the determination of trace ammonites of protein based on the RRS have been proposed.
