摘要
共同体是人们彼此平等、相互关爱、和谐温馨的生活形态。我国乡村社会的历史形态包括传统的宗族共同体与村落共同体、人民公社时期的行政共同体,但随着乡村价值体系与社会关系图式从传统向现代的嬗变,这些共同体形态已不适应时代的发展要求,公民共同体的构建成为当前乡村自治的学理诉求与实践圭臬。公民共同体构建的现实进路是通过重塑乡规民约与发展公民教育、培育乡村公民社会、发动村民积极参与自治实践来培育乡村公共精神。
Community is a way of lifestyle in which residents care for each other and live in a harmonious way.The historical forms of China＇s rural society included traditional clan community,village community,and administrative community in the period of people＇s communes.But with the rural value system and social relations schema evolving from tradition to modern times,these patterns no longer meet the development needs of the times.Now citizen community building has become academic aspiration and practical criterion for village self-government.The practical method for citizen community is to cultivate public spirit by remodeling local rules and developing civic education,fostering rural civil society and arousing villagers to actively participate in village self-government.
