摘要
通过近年来的东石镇、内坑镇、安海镇和金井镇10多个村庄规划项目的实践积累,发现村庄建设与村庄经济水平具有一定的联系。基此横向对比了多个镇区村庄的现状、规划意向、最终报批的用地成果,深度分析村庄经济对村庄现状用地和村庄规划编制的影响程度,认为:经济发达村庄对用地的需求更高,对调整的接纳弹性度更大,村庄规划的根本问题在于城乡二元化以及乡村土地制度本身的问题。
In order to promote the reform of village planning,through the accumulation of a dozen village planning projects on Dongshi Town,Neikeng Town,Anhai Town and Jinjing Town,the author finds that the village construction has a certain connection with the economic level of the village.Through the horizontal comparison of the current situation,planning intention and final land use results of more than ten villages in several towns,the author analyzes the impact depth of village economy on the current situation of village land use and the compilation of village planning,and draws the conclusion that the economically developed villages have higher demand for land use and greater flexibility of adjustment.It concludes that the fundamental problem of village planning lies in the dualization of urban and rural areas and the rural land system itself.
