摘要
高校教师是科技创新的重要力量。根据科研活动的过程特点,阐述科研绩效评价指标及权重的确定原则,构建一个科学、公正、合理的高校教师科研绩效评价体系并建立数学模型,对高校教师的科研能力以及在科研活动中投入、产出情况进行的价值判断,对调动高校教师的积极性,提高高校教师的科研工作效率和竞争意识的积极作用。
College teachers are an importantpart force in scientific and technical innovation.According to research activities of the process characteristics,the principle is expounded to determine evaluation indexes and weight of teachers research performance.A scientific,fair-and-square,and reasonable evaluation system and a mathematic model are established to assess the value of scientific research capacity and the input and output in research activities for teacher performance,which can play an active role in mobilizing enthusiasm and raising the scientific research efficiency and the sense of competition for college teachers.
