摘要
当前我国社会存在的分配不公问题,已经对社会稳定和谐造成了很大的负面影响,本文力图从制度层面探讨造成这一问题的原因。主要采取社会结构分析的方法,研究造成社会分配不公的各种制度性因素,认为问题的解决必须从制度层面入手,通过改革和完善市场经济体制、税收制度、行政垄断、社会保障等制度,用合理的制度安排保障社会分配公正。
At present,the problems from inequitable income distribution in our society have created a significant negative impact on social stability and harmony.This paper is intended to explore the institutional reasons for these problems and it has discussed all sorts of institutional factors mainly with the method of structural analysis.This paper comes to a conclusion that,to solve these problems effectively,we should commence from the institutional factors,and then promote the effective reform and gradual perfection on a series of the systems such as market economic system,tax system,administrative monopoly,social security system,and finally ensure the income distribution fairness through well-organized arrangement of social system.
