摘要
基于稀土催渗作用及原理,研制出较优组分配比的碳氮硼三元共渗剂,研究了稀土含量对渗层深度、硬度的影响,将40Cr钢试样进行热处理后,对渗层的显微组织结构、显微硬度进行了测试分析。结果表明,当渗剂中稀土含量为4%时,渗层组织结构致密、渗速增大,硬度提高,现场实际应用效果良好。
A kind of Boride - Nitriding - Carburized agent is developed based on the catalytic effects and action of RE elements. The effect of RE percentage composition in agent on the depth and micro hardness of CNB layer is studied. Then surface layer' s microstructure and micro hardness of 40Cr steel samples formed by this CNB agent are measured and analyzed. The resuhs indicated that 4% percentage composition of RE elements in agent can make the layer more compact, higher permeating velocity and micro hardness. Moreover, the field application test results show the excellent effect of this technique.
