丙酸氟替卡松联合氯雷他定治疗变应性鼻炎34例被引量：4

摘要目的:探讨丙酸氟替卡松联合氯雷他定治疗变应性鼻炎的疗效。方法:选择本院收治的68例临床确诊为中重度常年性变应性鼻炎的患者,将其随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组34例,治疗组给予丙酸氟替卡松鼻喷雾剂与氯雷他定片联合治疗,对照组仅予丙酸氟替卡松鼻喷雾剂治疗,观察两组的疗效及副反应发生情况。结果:治疗组总有效率为91.2%,对照组总有效率为79.4%,治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:丙酸氟替卡松鼻喷雾剂联合氯雷他定片治疗中重度常年性变应性鼻炎疗效显著,优于单用丙酸氟替卡松鼻喷雾剂治疗。
