固定化螺旋藻对污水中氮·磷的去除能力研究 被引量:3

摘要 [目的]掌握固定化螺旋藻的最佳条件和固定化螺旋藻对人工污水中N、P的吸收效果。[方法]利用海藻酸钠对螺旋藻进行固定化处理,P含量的测定采用钼锑抗光度法,N含量的测定采用纳氏试剂分光光度法。[结果]以2%海藻酸钠为载体制作固定化胶球形状规则,不粘连;1%的海藻酸钠溶液所制作的胶球强度较低;3%的海藻酸钠制作的胶球成球速度较慢。随着海藻酸钠及氯化钙浓度的增加,胶球强度也有所增加,但传质速率下降。因此,试验选择3%的CaCl2和2%的海藻酸钠进行固定化。固定态螺旋藻的生长明显滞后于悬浮态螺旋藻,但其生长周期更长。在悬浮状态下,螺旋藻对氮磷的去除率达到最大值,分别为35.3%和34.6%。在固定状态下,螺旋藻对氮和磷的最大去除率分别为45.2%和56.3%。[结论]螺旋藻固定化处理后能显著提高其对氮磷的吸收能力,可以作为一种商业化处理污水的生物吸附剂。 [Objective] The optimal condition of immobilized Spirulina and the absorption efficiency of it to the nitrogen and phosphorus in artificial wastewater were mastered.[Method] The content of phosphorus was measured with molybdenum antimony anti-spectrophotometry and the content of nitrogen was measured with Nessler reagent Spectrophotometry.[Results] The shape of the immobilized ball made from 2% sodium alginate as the carrier was regular without adhesion;the intensity of the immobilized ball made from 1% sodium alginate as the carrier was weak and the speed of the formation of the immobilized ball made from 3% sodium alginate as the carrier was slow.With the increment of the concentration of sodium alginate and calcium chloride,the intensity of immobilized ball was raised,but the transfer rate of it was reduced.Therefore,3% calcium chloride(CaCl2) and 2% sodium alginate were selected as the carrier in the immobilization-testing.The growth of immobilized Spirulina platensis lagged than free Spirulina platensis with longer growth time.The removal efficiency of free Spirulina platensis on nitrogen and phosphorus was 35.3% and 34.6%;and immobilized Spirulina platensis,45.2% and 56.3%,respectively.[Conclusion] The ability in the absorption of the immobilized Spirulina platensis to nitrogen and phosphorus was obviously raised,which could be applied as the biological absorption agent in commercial wastewater treatment.
