摘要
采用正交试验方法对影响贮氢电池性能的因素如活性物质、添加剂、导电剂、粘合剂、制片压力及活化处理方式等进行了系统研究,得到了制备贮氢电池负极的最佳工艺:在贮氢电极中添加04%乙炔黑、40%铜粉、40%镍粉、40%活性炭,粘合剂为PVA∶CMC=0.03∶005的混合物,制片压力为12MPa,制成的极片在80℃的6mol/LKOH+02mol/LKBH4溶液中进行6h的活化处理.并对电池容量、循环寿命、自放电。
The influencing factors on the properties of hydrogen storage battery such as active materials, additives, conductive materials, binders, pressure on performances and activate_treating ways are systematically studied by means of orthogonalization. The optimum technology on manufacturing the MH electrodes of the battery are obtained by using 0.4% acetylene black,4.0% Cu,4.0%, Ni,4.0% active carbon, PVA∶CMC=0.02∶0 05,12 MPa pressure for MH electrode,and the electrodes are activated 6 h in 6 mol/L KOH+0.2 mol/L KBH 4 at 80 ℃.
