The Effects of the Technology Factors of MH/Ni Batteries

摘要 采用正交试验方法研究了贮氢电极的配方、粘结剂、添加剂、制片压力等多种工艺因素对贮氢电池性能的影响,得到了制备贮氢电极的最佳工艺条件。结果表明制得的贮氢电池具有较好的综合性能。 The effects of technology factors such as formula of hydrogen storage electrode binders,additives, conductive and pressure on metal hydride batteries were studied by means of orthogonal test method and the best technology on manufacturing the hydride storage electrodes was obtained. The experiment showed that the good synthetical properties of electrochemical capacity,high-rate dischargeability,self -discharge,cyclic durability of the batteries were obtained by use of this technology.
