摘要
介绍了正交异性钢桥面板在桁梁桥桥面板更新加固中的主要优势:重量轻、强度高、安装迅速,以及根除现有病害的细节构造。并且借助三维有限元模型分析,结合实桥试验,考察了钢桥面板与原纵横梁的协同工作状况。通过不同加载工况对比分析,认为更新的钢桥面板与原纵横梁叠合作用明显,增强了结构刚度,降低了纵横梁结构的应力,有效增强了既有桥梁的承载能力。
The advantages with light weight, high strengthen, convenient installation and details structure of avoiding existing damage of the orthotropic steel bridge decks in the truss girder bridge decks renewing and reinforcement are introduced. The cooperation condition of steel bridge decks and the original longitudinal and transverse beams is inspected combined with the analysis of three - dimensional finite element model and practical bridge test. The superposition action is obvious between steel bridge decks and the original longitudinal and transverse beams according to comparison analysis among different loading operation condition, the structural rigidity is improved, the stress of longitudinal and transverse beams structure is reduced and the bearing capacity of existing bridges is effectively improved.
