摘要
根据作者多年的实际工作经验,总结出加标回收实验应遵循的5项一般原则,以及加标回收实验方案确立的基本思路。用水产饲料检测加标回收的实例讨论验证了方案确立原则的实用性。
verified by the empirical occupational experiences of the author,five generic principles and the foundational idea for the Experimentation of spike recovery test are summarized in this paper.Meanwhile discussed and verified the practicality of principles established by the scheme of the Experimentation,illustrating by the real examples of spike recovery on the examinations of aquatic products＇ feedstuff.
