摘要
研究在甲苯溶剂中以有机过氧化物为引发剂,马来酸酐单体和聚乙烯的接枝共聚反应.用正交设计方法探讨接枝度受单体、溶剂、引发剂、反应时间、反应温度等因素影响的规律,并用红外光谱证实接枝物的存在.然后将接校物与硅灰石进行共混,考察接枝度及硅灰石填充量对抗张强度的影响规律.
A study was made on the graft copolymerization of maleic anhydride onto polyethylene in toluene solvent,with organic peroxide as initiator.The effects of monomer,solvent,reaction time and reaction temperature on graft degree were investigated by the method of orthogonal design. The existence of graft copolymer was indicated by infrared spectrum.This graft copolymer was then blended with wollastonite.The effects of graft degree and wollastonite content on the tensile strength of this polyblend were inspected.
