摘要
本文采用生物学方法-杯碟法定性检测乳与乳制品中β-内酰胺酶。该方法准确可靠,前处理比液相法简单,成本比液相法低,能有效满足乳与乳制品中β-内酰胺酶的检测要求,本方法检出限为0.005IU/mL。
In this paper,the cylinder plate method of biological methods for the qualitative determination of β-Lactamase in milk and dairy products was developed. This method was accruate and reliable,which was easier to pre-processing and had lower cost than that of HPLC. The testing demand of measuring the β-Lactamase in milk and products could be meet by this method. The detection limit of method was 0.005IU/mL.
