摘要
为了探讨激素性股骨头坏死组织原位免疫病理改变及其在病变中的作用,用SABC免疫组织化学方法研究了24例激素性股骨头坏死病变滑膜组织HLA-DR抗原表达。显示激素性股骨头坏死病变滑膜大量表达DR抗原;滑膜中DR抗原表达与淋巴细胞浸润程度密切相关,与浸润淋巴细胞的DR抗原表达相关更密切。提示:活化T细胞能促进滑膜细胞DR抗原表达;激素性股骨头坏死病变组织局部细胞免疫调节失衡,活化的淋巴细胞参与了疾病的免疫损伤,对疾病发展起一定作用。
Iin order to investigate immunopathological changes in situ of steroid inducedavascular necrosis of femoral head (ANFH) and itsrole in the disease, synovium specimens of 24 casessteroid induced ANFH antibodies to HLA-DR antigen were studied. The control group was composedof 10 cadavers which were healthy when alive. Theresults showed that expression of HLA-DR on synovium of steroid induced ANFH was significantlyhigher than that of the controls. Furthermore, DRantigen expression on synovium cells was closely related. to the expression on synovium infiltratingcells. Therefore, we consider that the activatedlymphocyte promotes the DR antigen expression ofsynovium cell. In addition, the cellular immunoregulation network in the affected local area is disturbed and the activated lymphocyte may play a rolein the steroid induced ANFH.
