摘要
针对高校引进人才发展中存在的问题,提出了引进人才发展中应树立的开放、人力成本、教学科研并重和宽严相济的理念。在实践中总结出加快人才发展的策略为:建立多层次的学术团队,营造开放的学术环境,搭建学科发展平台,加快教学能力培养和为他们提供优化的服务。
The article tries to discuss the open,cost-based,teacher-researcher-oriented,and moderately strict concepts of talent recruitment to address existing problems concerned.The writer,based on the practice of expert development,puts forward correspondent strategies of setting up multi-level academic groups,creating an open academic atmosphere,establishing a platform for disciplinary advance,and offering optimized service to enhance the recruitees’ teaching ability.
