摘要
本文从高校发展和人才引进工作的背景出发,分析了当前高校人才引进机制中存在的问题,提出完善高校人才引进机制的合理化建议,即:创新人才观念,坚持以人为本;拓宽人才引进视野与渠道;完善引进机制,合理引进;健全人才培养机制;提供必要的物质保障,营造和谐的文化氛围。
In view of the development of colleges and universities and based on the work of talent introduction, the article analyzed the problems existing in the mechanism of talent introduction and proposed the rational suggestions to improve it in colleges and universities. The suggestions proposed are about the innovative view of talent and the notion of people-oriented thought, the opening up of talent introduction and perfecting of the introduction mechanism supported with the necessary resources and harmonious cultural environment.
