丹江口水库夏秋汛过渡期汛限水位动态控制

摘要 为方便丹江口水库调度人员在夏秋汛过渡期控制运用水库,同时进一步挖掘水库的兴利潜力,应用可变模糊集概念、定义,分析了丹江口水库汛期过渡期对于夏秋汛相对隶属度的确定方法,给出了以相对隶属度为权重确定丹江口水库汛期过渡期所需防洪库容的计算式,由此可确定水库在汛期过渡期需控制的水位,并在此基础上提出了丹江口水库夏秋汛过渡期汛限水位动态控制方法。 In order for operator to conveniently control reservoir water level and exploit reservoir potential,this paper investigates the determination method of relative membership degree during transition period between summer and autumn flood seasons at Danjiangkou reservoir based on variable fuzzy set theory.Also,the paper presents a calculation formula of reservoir control capacity required by flooding in transition period which takes the relative membership degree as weights.Therefore,the reservoir normal level in transition period can be determined.In addition,the paper proposes a dynamic water level control method during flooding season at Danjiangkou reservoir based on rainfall forecast.
