摘要
为了研究硬质合金球头铣刀高速铣削2A70合金时主要铣削参数对试件表面粗糙度的影响,通过正交试验法对试验数据进行极差和方差分析,找出了影响试件表面粗糙度大小的主次因素,得出了每齿进给量、背吃刀量、切削速度和行距等铣削参数对粗糙度的影响规律,建立了2A70合金试件表面粗糙度的预测模型,可用于预测产品表面质量和分析生产效率。
In order to investigate the effect on surface roughness of 2A70 alloy by cutting using cemented carbide ball-end cutter in high-speed,the paper conducts a study on major milling parameters which affect surface roughness.The study obtains the primary and secondary factors based on range analysis and variance analysis on experimental data by orthogonal test.In addition,the study reveals the impact on surface roughness by feed-rate per tooth,cutting depth,cutting speed and moving-distance.Therefore,a prediction model of 2A70 alloy surface roughness is developed,which can be used to predict product surface quality and analyze machine productivity.
