从贵州生态建设的实际出发,介绍了贵州生态建设的现状,论述了绿色贫困的内涵、成因及解决绿色贫困的途径,以期为人们认识和把握贵州的贫困提供一个新的视角,为贵州经济社会实现历史性跨越寻找新的途径。
The paper introduces the current situation of ecological construction,discusses the connotation and reason of green poverty,and proposes the countermeasures for solving green poverty from the actual situation of ecological construction in Guizhou to provide a new visual angle for recognizing and understanding green poverty and to seek new ways for realizing a historic leap of economic society in Guizhou.
