摘要
为了筛选防治稻瘟病菌的高效新型杀菌剂,对75%肟菌酯.戊唑醇水分散粒剂及对照药剂40%富士一号乳油和20%三环唑可湿性粉剂进行了室内毒力测定,并对其进行了田间药效防治试验。结果表明:75%肟菌酯.戊唑醇水分散粒剂、40%富士一号乳油和20%三环唑可湿性粉剂的EC50分别为8.00 mg/L、8.79 mg/L和60.68 mg/L。75%肟菌酯.戊唑醇水分散粒剂防治水稻叶瘟的3个处理浓度10g/667m2、15g/667m2和20g/667m2的防效分别为75.58%、83.07%和87.54%,对照药剂40%富士一号乳油120 mL/667m2和20%三环唑可湿性粉剂100g/667m2的防效分别为72.15%和75.69%。75%肟菌酯.戊唑醇水分散粒剂可作为防治稻瘟病(叶瘟)的药剂在生产上与其他药剂交替使用。
The toxicity of NATIVO water dispersible granules,40% Fushi 1 emulsion and 20% tricyclazole wettable powder to Magnaporthe grisea and the control effect were determined in door and in rice field separately to screen a new efficiency fungicide against Magnaporthe grisea.The results showed that the EC50 of NATIVO water dispersible granules,40% Fushi 1 emulsion and 20% tricyclazole wettable powder was 8.00mg/L,8.79mg/L and 60.68mg/L respectively,the control effect of NATIVO water dispersible granules with 10g/667m2,15g/667m2 and 20g/667m2 was 75.58%,83.07% and 87.54% separately,and the control effect of 40% Fushi 1 emulsion with 120mL/667m2 and 20% tricyclazole wettable powder with 100g/667m2 was 72.15% and 75.69% respectively.NATIVO water dispersible granules can be alternately used to control Magnaporthe grisea in rice production.
